To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Failure to do so within the specified time frame will result in the rejection of your return request.
When raising a return request, have the following information ready for a smooth approval process:
- Your order ID and the Pin Code of your delivery address.
- Photos or videos of the items in the same condition as when you received them.
Return:
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
For returns due to other reasons, a reverse pickup charge will be applicable and shipping charges will not be returned.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 to 18 business days through the same payment method.
For Cash-On-Delivery orders, our team will contact you for your Bank Account/UPI details upon approval of your return request. The refund amount will be credited within 15 to 18 business days.
